To access settings, look for your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
Click on it, and a dropdown menu will appear. From this menu, choose “Settings.”
Now, Let’s Customize Your Profile #
In the Account settings, click on the “Profile” tab. Here, you can customize various aspects of your profile, including your name, bio, profile picture, time zone, and language.
Edit your name and bio: Here you’ll find fields for your first name, last name, and bio. Enter the relevant information you want to display on your profile.
Click on the “Update” button under the “Profile” tab to add a profile picture. You can choose an image file from your computer.
Scroll down to the “Time Zone” section and select your local time zone from the dropdown menu. This ensures that your availability is displayed correctly to users in different time zones.
After customizing your profile, click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Once your profile is set up, you can start sharing your Weezly link with others to schedule appointments or meetings based on your availability. You can also explore other settings and features in Weezly to further personalize your scheduling preferences.
Your Weezly URL #

Change your background #
You have the option to customize the background as well. Click the “Background” button under the “Account settings” section, and then select your preferred background for your booking page.
Set up desktop notification #
Weezly enables you to opt-in for notifications on your device. To do this, choose the “Desktop Notifications” option as shown in the picture and select the specific notifications you want to receive.
Additionally, if desktop notifications are currently disabled, you’ll find an option to activate them directly in the top bar of the tool.
Other settings #
In the “Account Settings” section, you can update your password and enable two-factor authentication. You can also modify your subscription details and payment method.
To change your payment method and card information, navigate to “Billing & Statements.” Here, locate the dropdown menu (indicated by three dots) as shown in the accompanying picture.
That’s not all. Other options are available in the account settings. See how to add the organization name and logo. Just click on the “Branding” button. And that’s it.
