Privacy Policy

When you browse weezly.com we and our analytics partners collect usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer, through cookies and similar technologies (including Google Tag Manager and Analytics, Meta pixel, Hotjar and our chat widget). When you submit a form, such as booking a demo or subscribing, we collect the details you provide. Legal bases: consent for non-essential cookies, and legitimate interest or contract for responding to your requests.

When you use the Service we process: your account details; billing information (handled by our payment processors, we do not store full card numbers); the content you create, including recordings, videos and campaign messages; data from accounts you choose to connect, such as conversations and contacts needed to run your campaigns, accessed through licensed third-party connectivity providers; and usage logs needed to operate and secure the Service. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you, and legitimate interest in securing and improving the Service.

If you use the AI clone feature, we process the source recordings of your face and voice to generate synthetic videos, using specialized third-party processing providers under contract. We do this only at your direction; creating a clone is your explicit choice and constitutes your consent to this processing. Recordings and clone models are used to provide the Service to you, are not sold, and are deleted upon verified request or account deletion, subject to short backup-retention windows. Where you upload recordings of another person, you are responsible for having their consent, as set out in our Terms.

The Service includes access to a business-contacts database consisting of professional information such as name, job title, company, business email and business phone. This data is sourced from licensed third-party data providers; Weezly does not collect it by crawling or extracting data from social networks. Our legal basis for making this professional data available for business-to-business outreach is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you are a data subject who appears in this database, you have the right to access, correct or request removal of your information. Email support@weezly.com with enough detail to identify your record and we will action verified requests, including suppression so the record does not reappear from provider updates. Customers using the database are contractually required to honor opt-outs and applicable marketing law.

We share personal data only with processors that operate the Service under data-processing agreements: hosting and infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, connectivity providers for accounts you connect, AI processing providers for video generation, data providers for the leads database, and analytics and support tooling. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, transfers rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.

Account and content data are retained while your account is active and deleted or anonymized after account deletion, subject to backup cycles and records we must keep for legal reasons, such as invoices. Website analytics data is retained according to the respective tool's configured retention period.

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, including the leads database processing described above. You can withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Write to support@weezly.com; we respond within the statutory deadlines. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority; in Sweden this is IMY (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten).

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and non-essential tracking through the consent controls where offered. Blocking cookies may affect some site functionality.

The Service is for professional use and not directed at anyone under 18.
