Lead generation tools, grouped by the job they do
Lead generation tools cover four different jobs, and most teams end up buying from more than one of them. Contact databases sell records: a filter set, a search, and an export of people who match an ideal customer profile. Email finders and enrichment tools work the other direction, taking a name, a domain or a LinkedIn URL you already have and returning a verified address, a mobile number or a cleaned company record. Website visitor identification turns anonymous traffic into named companies, and in some cases named people, so demand that already exists gets a follow up. LinkedIn lead generation tools do the sending, running connection requests, follow ups and replies from one or many accounts. The tools below are grouped by that job rather than ordered, because a small team building its first list and an agency working twenty sender accounts are not shopping in the same aisle. Prices move often, so every figure here is dated and worth checking on the vendor page before you budget. Where a tool spans two jobs, it is listed in both.
Products that hold the records themselves, so you filter, search and export people who match an ideal customer profile. Compare on coverage in your regions, on what a credit buys, and on whether an export costs extra.
Bundles a 300M+ contact database with email verification into the same per sender subscription that runs the sending, so list building and outreach share one bill. From $59 per sender per month, August 2026, with a 21 day trial and no free plan.

The self serve default for B2B lists, with search, enrichment and email sequencing behind one login. The export and mobile credit counters matter more than the seat price, since credits reset each month rather than rolling over.
Full dossier
The enterprise end of the market: org charts, technographics and buying intent under one annual contract wired into Salesforce. Nothing above the free Lite edition carries a published price, checked August 2026.
Full dossier
Bought mainly by EMEA teams for phone verified mobile numbers and documented do not call screening. Packages are quote only and bundle five seats, so it is not a solo purchase.
Full dossier
Sits in the browser and puts an address or a phone number one click away on whichever profile a rep is already reading. Credit allowances are modest, and third party breakdowns put the entry tier near $29.90 per seat monthly on annual terms, August 2026.

Tools that complete a record you already have, turning a name, a domain or a profile URL into a verified address or a cleaned company row. Most are metered in credits, and verification quality separates them more than raw coverage does.
Domain search, single lookups and bulk verification with a published euro price and unlimited team members on every plan. Coverage is addresses only, so phone numbers and intent signals come from elsewhere.

Finding, verifying, warming up and sending all draw down one credit balance, which suits teams that would rather buy one bill than four. LinkedIn automation is a separately billed slot on top.
Full dossier
Turns a saved Sales Navigator list into a verified, CRM ready file in one action. Addresses and numbers each get their own meter on monthly billing, while the annual terms lift reveal limits and cap exports instead.
Full dossier
A LinkedIn side panel for European numbers and emails, now sold as Cognism's small business product. Phone credits are the resource that runs out first. Entry is EUR 45 per seat each month when billed annually, August 2026.
Full dossier
Capture, enrich and push into Salesforce in one click, with job change alerts on contacts the team already knows. One credit buys an address and ten buy a mobile, so teams that dial drain the balance far faster.
Full dossier
Generates and tests addresses instead of serving them from a stored file, which is the answer European buyers usually want when the privacy question comes up. No phone or mobile data is advertised.
Full dossier
Real time contact search with emailing, a dialer and social steps in the same subscription. Only the 50 credit free tier carries a published price, and everything above it is quoted as an annual credit package.
Full dossier
A per lookup meter across a claimed 700M+ professional profiles, with automatic refunds when a lookup misses. A single lookup yields either the address or the number, so a complete record is billed twice.
Full dossier
Not a database but the plumbing to query many of them in sequence, with AI research columns and CRM sync attached. It rewards teams that have someone to design the workflows and watch two separate meters.
Full dossier
Software that names the companies, and sometimes the people, already browsing your site so existing demand gets a follow up. Match rates and regional coverage vary widely, and person level identification is not available everywhere.
Identifies traffic and then works it, with AI chat, routing alerts and retargeting in the same product. Pricing starts at $10,000 per year, and HubSpot announced an acquisition in June 2026.

Pushes named United States visitors into Slack the same day, with a free tier and no sales call required. Person level identification is US only, and traffic from other regions resolves to companies.
Full dossier
The strongest European visitor identification database in this group, now selling under the Leadfeeder name again after the 2026 rebrand. Verified emails and intent filtering start two tiers above the entry plan.
Full dossier
Identification plus the follow up sequence in one subscription, so the handoff to an outreach tool is optional. Verified contact credits are counted in tens per month before paid top ups.

The sending layer for teams whose buyers reply on LinkedIn rather than in an inbox. The main split is where the lead data comes from, and whether the tool charges per sender account or per user seat.
Runs the LinkedIn sequence itself, with an AI clone of the sender recording a different video for each lead and booking pages usable inside the thread. Replies land in a shared inbox and pipeline, and LinkedIn is the only sending channel today.
Full dossier
Built for operating many sender accounts at once behind a single shared inbox, which is why agencies cluster here. Leads come from imports and enrichment credits rather than an owned database.
Full dossier
Conditional sequences with a dedicated IP per account and automatic profile warm up, at $99 per LinkedIn account per month from their published pricing, July 2026. Prospect data is assumed to arrive from another tool.
Full dossier
The low friction entry point, with prebuilt templates, desktop voice notes and a free tier to test on. Their own site states you supply the prospects, and reply management is a separately billed add-on.
Full dossier
Email first but genuinely multichannel, with its own lead database, waterfall enrichment and warmup behind the sequence. LinkedIn steps depend on a Chrome extension, and seats are priced individually.

Browse the full directory: every GTM tool, with receipts.
Anything that produces or works a list of potential buyers. In practice the label covers four different products: contact databases that sell records, enrichment tools that complete records you already hold, visitor identification that names the companies and sometimes the people on your website, and outreach tools that send to the list. Most teams end up buying from at least two of those groups, which is why they are separated here.
Self serve tools in this directory start somewhere between about $29 and $99 per month, checked August 2026, and almost all of them meter credits on top of the seat price. Enterprise data platforms such as ZoomInfo and Cognism publish no prices at all and quote per account. Website visitor identification spans the widest range, from a free Slack alert tier up to five figure annual contracts. Prices in this category change often, so check the vendor page before budgeting.
It depends on where your lists come from. Several LinkedIn tools, HeyReach, Expandi and Waalaxy among them, expect you to import prospects, so they pair with a database or an export tool. Others include contact search and verification in the same subscription. If your lists already come out of Sales Navigator, an export and verification tool may cover it without a full database contract.
Nothing here is ranked, because the answer changes with the channel your buyers actually reply on and with who is doing the work. Teams selling into Europe weigh phone verified data and GDPR posture more heavily. Teams with site traffic get more from visitor identification than from another database. Teams with a technical operator get more from a build environment than from a fixed product. Shortlist by job first, then compare pricing units, since per seat, per sender and per credit models behave very differently as you scale.
One of these tools is ours.
Weezly is in this directory too: LinkedIn outreach with AI clone videos, a 300M+ leads database and booking, from $59 per month. See if it earns a spot in your stack.
