Website visitor tracking tools, by what they resolve

Website visitor tracking in B2B means turning anonymous traffic into something a rep can act on, and the first honest question is what level of resolution you are actually buying. Person level tools return a name, a LinkedIn profile and sometimes a business email, but only where that product is offered, which in practice means the United States. Company level tools tell you which organization was on the pricing page and leave the contact work to enrichment, which is the norm in Europe. Enterprise intent platforms fold identification into a larger model that scores accounts, predicts a buying stage and buys advertising against it. Three things narrow the shortlist quickly. Geography, because match rates and the legal footing differ sharply between the US and the EU, and company level tracking outside the US pushes consent management onto you. Traffic volume, because a tool priced per monthly resolution behaves very differently at 500 and at 50,000. And what happens after the alert: some tools stop at Slack, some route into CRM, and one will run the email and LinkedIn follow up itself. Prices below are as published in August 2026, and two of the six publish nothing at all.

Koala's own site carries a banner stating that the product shuts down on September 30 following its acquisition by Cursor, checked August 2026. The blog post that banner links to returned a 404 when we checked, so migration and refund detail is not published there. It is left out of the groups above because it is not a purchase anyone can make now, though its product usage plus website intent scoring was well regarded by product led teams such as Vercel, Retool and Sanity.

Not through the person level products in this set. RB2B resolves named individuals for United States visitors only and falls back to company level identification elsewhere, and its own documentation puts the consent management burden on the customer for company level tracking outside the US. European tools such as Dealfront and Albacross identify the company and leave contact discovery to enrichment, which is why both lead with their GDPR posture and EU data handling.

Vendors publish ranges rather than a single number, and headline figures usually combine two layers. RB2B publishes match rates per tier and notes that its 70 to 80 percent figure covers person level and company level resolution together, with named individuals a much smaller share. Warmly does not publish a person level match rate for traffic outside the United States, and GetApp reviewers of Albacross report that only a portion of visitors are identified, with occasional accuracy issues on smaller companies.

It spans the widest price range of any category on this site. RB2B and Dealfront both publish free tiers, Albacross starts at 59 euros a month and Dealfront Discover at 79 euros a month on annual billing, RB2B Pro starts at $149 for 600 monthly resolutions, and Warmly publishes from $10,000 a year. 6sense and Demandbase publish no prices and sell through a demo.
