LinkedIn and cold email automation with AI voice and video clones on LinkedIn

Best for
Agencies and sales teams who want AI voice and video clones inside LinkedIn sequences and already have their own lead lists or Sales Navigator access.
Not great for
Buyers who want leads included rather than sourced from their own Sales Navigator searches, or who expect self-serve cancellation.

SalesRobot, in plain terms
SalesRobot is a two-in-one LinkedIn and cold email automation platform, priced per LinkedIn account. Its sequence builder covers 15+ LinkedIn actions with conditional logic, custom delays, A/B testing on higher tiers and smart reply detection that stops follow-ups once a prospect answers. What sets it apart from most peers is the AI layer: an AI voice clone built from a 20 to 30 second recording that generates per-prospect voice notes, an AI video avatar built from a 30 to 45 second recording that produces scripted per-lead videos delivered inside LinkedIn outreach, AI commenting on posts, AI icebreaker variables, AI list filtering and an AI Appointment Setter agent included on every paid plan in copilot or autopilot mode. Lead sources are broad on the LinkedIn side, including search, Sales Navigator, groups, event attendees, post commenters and CSV. A unified inbox handles LinkedIn and email replies with tags and filters, and there is a white label program with 110+ agencies, an agency dashboard and a published done-for-you service. Safety runs on dedicated residential IPs with fixed daily caps of up to 75 connection requests and 40 InMails. Limitations: no proprietary contact database, so leads come from your own searches or CSV and emails are bought as credits, no visual deal pipeline, no booking-page product, no mobile app advertised, and a cancellation policy requiring 15 days notice by chat with no mid-term refunds. Reviews are polarized, with G2 near 4.8 and AppSumo near 2.9 after a V2 migration.

- G2 sits near 4.8 from 56+ reviews, and the trial is 14 days with no credit card
Cons
- No proprietary contact database: every lead comes from your own LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search or a CSV, and emails are bought as credits at three per address
- The headline $59 Basic plan allows one active campaign with limited daily quotas, so the tier that behaves like a normal seat is $79
- Their published cancellation policy requires 15 days notice via chat support, with no self-serve cancel and no refunds mid-term
- AppSumo sits near 2.9 across roughly 52 reviews, largely from lifetime-deal holders moved onto the V2 platform and a new per-account charge
- Reviewers report features and automations ceasing to work, and temporary LinkedIn account restrictions despite the safety claims
Cost at scale
One LinkedIn account on Advanced at $79 per month, plus one email account at $15 and 3,000 email finder credits at $43, is about $137 per month before Sales Navigator. Agencies are quoted 33 percent off at 10+ accounts and up to 45 percent at 20+.

Yes. Their help centre documents both. For voice you record a 20 to 30 second sample, save it as a voice clone, and the AI generates per-prospect voice notes with variables such as first name. For video you record a 30 to 45 second natural clip, save it as a video clone, and write a script with first name, company and job title variables. Video limits are 3 seconds to 5 minutes, 20 MB maximum and 720p or 1080p.
From their published pricing in July 2026, Basic is $59 per LinkedIn account per month, Advanced $79 and Professional $99, with annual billing bringing them to $39, $59 and $79. Note that Basic allows only one active campaign with limited daily quotas. Cold email is a separate $15 per email account per month, and email finder credits are an add-on at $43 per user per month for 3,000 credits, where one found email costs 3 credits.
No proprietary contact database. Leads are imported from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, from LinkedIn groups, event attendees or post commenters, or from a CSV with profile URLs. Email addresses are found through a credit-based add-on rather than included.
Their published cancellation policy requires you to notify them at least 15 days before the end of your term via chat support. There is no self-serve cancellation, and the policy states no refunds are offered even if a plan is cancelled mid-month.
Ratings are polarized. G2 sits near 4.8 out of 5 from 56+ reviews, while AppSumo sits near 2.9 out of 5 across roughly 52 reviews, largely from lifetime-deal holders affected by the V2 platform migration and a new per-LinkedIn-account charge. Reliability complaints about automations and features ceasing to work appear alongside strongly positive reviews, so both sides are worth reading.
