02The verdict

Outreach is the enterprise incumbent of sales engagement, deep enough to carry prospecting through forecasting on one contract, and sold entirely through quotes.

Best for

Enterprise and upper mid market revenue teams that want sequencing, conversation intelligence, deal management and forecasting under one contract rather than four vendors.

Not great for

Small teams and self serve buyers, since there is no published price, no free plan and no advertised trial.

04What it does

Outreach, in plain terms

Outreach is one of the platforms that defined the sales engagement category, and it now sells itself as an agentic AI platform for revenue teams. The product spans sequencing and sales engagement, conversation intelligence through Kaia, deal and pipeline management, mutual action plans, rep coaching and AI forecasting, with a layer of named agents including Omni, Research Agent, Deal Agent, Revenue Agent, Personalization Agent and Meeting Prep Agent. During 2026 the company moved its website from outreach.io to outreach.ai and shipped an MCP server and MCP client, an app inside ChatGPT and a ServiceNow integration. Buying is enterprise shaped. Their pricing page lists four editions, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, and every one is quoted by sales. What the page publishes instead of dollars is the AI credit allowance, 10,000 to 100,000 per edition, and the API call allowance, 250,000 to 1,000,000. Calling is a separate product, Outreach Voice, with subscription minute plans and a published global package of 10,000 minutes for $300 per month per organization. The strengths are depth and governance: SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 are claimed, more than 90 integrations are supported, and prospecting through forecasting sits under one contract. The limitations are the mirror image. There is no published price, no advertised free trial or free plan, no owned contact database, and no native video or automated LinkedIn sending, since LinkedIn appears as a Sales Navigator task type.

09Community pulse
Strong analyst and award recognition. Independent review site scores could not be verified for this listing, checked August 2026

What reviews praise

  • Their newsroom reports six 2026 TrustRadius Top Rated awards, including one for AI Sales Agents
  • Their company page cites an IDC 2025 CX CSAT Award for Sales
  • Enterprise logos published on their own site include Zoom, Snowflake, Siemens, Okta, ServiceNow and Databricks
  • Their own case study reports Amplitude saving $600K a year by consolidating five platforms onto Outreach (their figures)

What reviews flag

  • Every edition is quoted by sales, so buyers cannot compare cost without a conversation, per their own pricing page
  • AI usage is capped per edition at 10,000 to 100,000 credits, so the agent story is metered rather than unlimited, per their own pricing page
  • Calling is a separate purchase through Outreach Voice with its own minute plans, per their own voice pricing page
  • No free plan and no trial is advertised, so evaluation runs through a demo

13Questions

Outreach does not publish prices. Their pricing page lists four editions, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, and each one is quoted by their sales team on a per user basis with no platform fee stated. What the page does publish is the allowance per edition: 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits and 250,000 to 1,000,000 API calls, checked August 2026. Check their pricing page for current terms.

Neither is advertised on their pricing page as of August 2026. The route in is a demo request through their sales team.

The company moved its website to outreach.ai during 2026 alongside its repositioning as an agentic AI platform for revenue teams. Old outreach.io links return a 301 redirect to the same path on outreach.ai.

Not in the sense of a cloud LinkedIn sender. Their own blog announced LinkedIn Sales Navigator and texting task types, so LinkedIn appears in a sequence as a task rather than an automated send. Native video in a LinkedIn message is not advertised.

An owned searchable B2B database is not advertised. Data comes from smart data enrichment and from integrations such as Crunchbase and 6sense, and their platform page cites more than 90 supported integrations.

Weezly is in this directory too: LinkedIn outreach with AI clone videos, a 300M+ leads database and booking, from $59 per month. See if it earns a spot in your stack.
