On Weezly we take your privacy and security very seriously. We trully belive in privacy and security. Now more than ever we need to make sure that our customers are feeling safe and secure. Therefore we are investing huge resources in Weezlys safety and security so you as customer can feel safe using our product and to makes sure your data is safe. Google Data

Google Calendar Data: When you synchronize your Google Calendar with Weezly, we access your calendar data. This includes, but is not limited to, viewing, creating, and modifying calendar events. Google Account Data for Sign-In: When you sign in to Weezly using your Google account, we access basic profile information from your Google account such as your name and email address.

2. How We Use Your Information
To Provide Our Services: We use the information we collect to operate Weezly, including allowing you to manage your calendar and schedule through our platform.

3. How We Store Your Information We store your information on secure servers with limited access. Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and in compliance with applicable laws.

4. How We Share Your Information With Google: As necessary for the integration, subject to Google’s policies and your permissions.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, respond to claims, or protect the rights, property, or safety of our operations, customers, or the public.

5. Your Data Rights and Choices You can review, modify, or delete your Google Calendar data directly through Google’s platform. If you wish to request deletion of your data from Weezly, please contact us.
6. Security We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data we handle. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website. We will notify you of any significant changes through our platform or via a notification email.

3rd party sharing of your data.

Weezly is not using any integrations to any AI models, which means your data is not being shared with any LLM models such as OpenAI. Weezly uses Amazon AWS services to store your videos which you record on Weezly in Ireland. Once you delete a video on Weezly, that video is permanently deleted from Amazon AWS.

What happens when i delete my account?

Your data will be permanently removed.In other words everything from Weezly related to your account will be removed from our servers. No logs, no files. For this reason, everything is gone and can not be recovered by anyone!

Zoom privacy

We don't use any data access or collection of the data from Zoom. The data is also not shared with anyone else. When connecting Zoom to Weezly, we only give the possibility to the user to add zoom meeting to their calendar event.

Security on Weezly

Equaly as privacy is important but security is even more important. We fully understand what you store on Weezly can be sensitive and not be shared on viewed by anyone else. Weezly requires highest possible security and this is constantly our nr1 priority. In other words, we really take security and privacy very seriously.
