Platform for building AI agent teams, with prebuilt GTM and AI SDR agent templates
A general agent platform that doubles as an AI SDR toolkit: it hands you building blocks and GTM templates rather than a finished sales rep, and the output is whatever your team assembles.
Best for
GTM, RevOps and operations teams that want to build and govern their own AI agents across sales, support and back office work rather than buy a packaged AI SDR.
Not great for
A small sales team that wants an AI SDR producing meetings on day one, with nobody available to design, connect and maintain the agents behind it.

Relevance AI, in plain terms
Relevance AI is a platform for building and running what the company calls an AI workforce: teams of narrow, specialist agents that each own one task. It sits in the AI SDR category because of what teams build with it, not because it ships a packaged SDR product. The building blocks are agents, tools (a no-code workflow builder wrapping API calls, prompts and custom code), knowledge for retrieval, and Workforces that connect several agents on a visual canvas with handoffs and human approval steps. Prebuilt GTM templates shorten the ramp: Bosh, their AI sales agent for inbound and outbound work, plus agents such as Research and Enricher, Outbound Prospector, Meeting Scheduler, Pre-meeting Prepper, Post-call Actioner and Deal Reviewer. Everything runs through integrations, their docs list 1,000+ services including Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, LinkedIn, Apollo and ZoomInfo, and models come from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure and OpenRouter, with a bring your own LLM option from the Pro plan. The trade-offs are the flip side of that flexibility. There is no owned contact database and no sending or deliverability infrastructure, so a prospecting agent is only as good as the tools connected to it. Billing runs two meters, Actions and Vendor Credits, which reviewers report is hard to forecast and quick to drain when an agent loops. Governance features such as SSO, RBAC and audit logs sit on the Enterprise tier, and independent review coverage is thin.
Key features
- No-code agent builder with tools, knowledge and triggers
- Workforces, multi-agent teams wired on a visual canvas with handoffs
- Bosh, a prebuilt AI sales agent template for inbound and outbound work
- GTM agent templates for research, prospecting, meeting scheduling, call follow up, deal review and proposals
- Knowledge retrieval from file uploads, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion and website syncing
- Calling and meeting agents on the Team and Enterprise plans
- JavaScript and TypeScript SDK, API triggers, MCP server and client, and a Claude Code plugin
- Human in the loop approvals, agent evaluations and OpenTelemetry event streaming for observability
Pros
- No-code builder plus Workforces lets non-developers assemble multi-agent processes with handoffs and human approval steps
- Prebuilt GTM templates including Bosh, Research and Enricher, Outbound Prospector and Meeting Scheduler give a starting point instead of an empty canvas
- Model flexibility across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure and OpenRouter, with bring your own LLM from the Pro plan
- Broad connective surface: 1,000+ integrations in their docs, an SDK, API triggers, MCP server and a Claude Code plugin
- Published security posture: SOC 2 Type II and GDPR claimed, data residency in the US, EU and Australia, and a stated policy of not training on customer data
- A usable free plan with 200 Actions per month, unlimited agents and tools, and no credit card required
Cons
- No owned contact database and no email or LinkedIn sending infrastructure of its own, so prospecting agents depend on the tools connected to them
- Two separate meters, Actions and Vendor Credits, make total cost harder to forecast than a flat per seat price
- A review roundup reports that a looping or mis-scoped agent can consume Actions and credits quickly, and that usage based billing is non-refundable
- SSO, RBAC, audit logs, agent evaluations and multi-org management are reserved for the Enterprise tier
- Independent review coverage is thin, one roundup counts roughly 20 G2 ratings, so third party signal is limited

What reviews praise
- Reviewers praise being able to describe an agent in plain English and have it built without a developer
- Product Hunt reviewers report agents assembling their own tools and self correcting, on a page carrying a 4.0 rating from just 2 reviews
- Buyers report the prebuilt GTM templates shorten the ramp compared with starting from an empty canvas
What reviews flag
- A third party review roundup reports that a looping or mis-scoped agent can consume Actions and Vendor Credits quickly
- The same roundup reports a steep learning curve, with the dual meter of Actions plus Vendor Credits confusing newcomers, and slow support alongside non-refundable usage billing
- Product Hunt reviewers report native app connections feel sparse next to n8n or Zapier, leaving manual API bridges to build
- Independent review coverage is thin, with one roundup counting roughly 20 G2 ratings, so third party signal is limited

There is a free plan with 200 Actions per month. Paid plans are Pro at $19 per month billed annually or $29 monthly, and Team at $234 per month billed annually or $349 monthly, with Enterprise quoted per account. Extra capacity is topped up at $80 per 1,000 Actions and $20 per 10,000 Vendor Credits. From their published pricing, August 2026. Check their pricing page.
There is a free plan rather than a time boxed trial. It includes 200 Actions per month, 1,000 Vendor Credits granted once at signup, one build user, one project and one workforce, with 30 day task history. Their docs state no credit card is required to start.
Not as a packaged product. It is a platform for building agents, and an AI SDR is one of the things teams build on it. Relevance AI publishes Bosh, an AI sales agent template for inbound and outbound work, alongside GTM templates such as Research and Enricher, Outbound Prospector and Meeting Scheduler. Those are starting points you customise with your own playbook, data sources and connected tools.
Two separate meters. Their docs define an Action as counted when an agent runs a tool, whether that is one email or a multi step workflow. Vendor Credits cover the underlying LLM and tool usage, which the company says it passes through at wholesale with no markup. Plan Actions reset monthly, purchased Action top ups carry forward, and Vendor Credits roll over indefinitely while the subscription is active.
No owned contact database is advertised, and no email deliverability infrastructure. Prospect data and sending come from connected services, with Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid and Twilio among the documented integrations. That makes the platform flexible, and it means an outbound agent depends on the quality of the stack you plug into it.
One of these tools is ours.
Weezly is in this directory too: LinkedIn outreach with AI clone videos, a 300M+ leads database and booking, from $59 per month. See if it earns a spot in your stack.
