Waalaxy vs Expandi
Waalaxy and Expandi are both established cloud LinkedIn outreach tools, but they are aimed at different buyers and priced on different units. Waalaxy is built around simplicity: import prospects from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search through the Chrome extension, pick one of 99 plus prebuilt sequence templates, and run profile visits, invitations, follow-up messages, voice notes and emails. Paid plans add Waalaxy Cloud so campaigns keep running with the browser and computer closed, and pricing is per user in euros at 19 for Pro, 49 for Advanced and 69 for Business, from their published pricing, July 2026. Expandi is built for teams and agencies. Its Smart Sequences branch on prospect behaviour, so a campaign can send a message when a connection is accepted or pivot to InMail or email when it is not, and each connected account runs from a dedicated country based IP with automatic profile warm-up and randomized daily limit ranges. Expandi bills per connected LinkedIn account at $99 per month, or $79 annually, from their published pricing, July 2026. Neither tool includes a built-in lead database.

Waalaxy is the cheaper, simpler entry for solo operators and small teams who bring their own lists, and Expandi is the heavier, more configurable option for teams and agencies that need conditional sequences and per account infrastructure, with the billing unit being the clearest divide between them.
Pick Waalaxy if
- You are a solo founder, freelancer or small team and want the lowest credible entry price, at 19 euros per user per month on Pro, from their published pricing, July 2026
- Setup speed is the priority: 99+ prebuilt sequence templates and extension-led list import are the attributes reviewers praise most
- LinkedIn voice notes belong in the sequence, recorded from a desktop computer, which LinkedIn itself only supports on mobile
- You want to try it at no cost first, through a free tier of roughly 80 invitations a month and a 14 day trial on paid plans
Pick Expandi if
- Your campaigns need conditional logic, where Smart Sequences branch on acceptance and pivot between LinkedIn, InMail and email inside one flow
- You run several sending accounts and want per account infrastructure: a dedicated country based IP, automatic profile warm-up and randomized daily limits on each
- HubSpot is your system of record and you want native bidirectional sync covering contacts, activity and deals without Zapier
- A whole team works the same accounts, since Expandi includes up to 20 workspace members with granular roles at no extra billing, plus an agency program with white label and centralized management above ten accounts

Waalaxy pros
- Genuinely simple setup, the most consistently praised attribute in reviews
- Low entry price at 19 euros per user per month on Pro
- Native desktop LinkedIn voice notes, which LinkedIn itself only supports on mobile
- 99+ prebuilt sequence templates remove the blank page problem
- Waalaxy Cloud keeps paid campaigns running with the browser and computer closed
Waalaxy cons
- Their own homepage states there is no database, you supply the prospects
- Reply management sits in a separately billed Inbox add-on at about 20 euros per user per month
- Invitation quotas are tight: 300 a month on Pro, 800 on Advanced and Business
- Reviewers report price rises, a free plan cut to about 80 invitations, and unexplained import caps
Expandi pros
- Smart Sequences branch on prospect behaviour across LinkedIn, InMail and email in one flow
- Mature safety setup: dedicated country based IP per account, profile warm-up and randomized daily limits
- Native bidirectional HubSpot sync covering contacts, activity and deals without Zapier
- Up to 20 workspace members with granular roles at no extra billing
- Deep dynamic image and GIF personalization through the Hyperise integration
Expandi cons
- $99 per LinkedIn account per month with no volume discount below the agency threshold
- No built-in lead database and no native email discovery
- Video is a Sendspark link that unfurls as a preview to an external page, not a file playing in the thread
- Reviewers report teammates can read replies but cannot respond on another member's behalf
It depends on whether you are counting people or LinkedIn accounts. Waalaxy charges per user, at 19, 49 and 69 euros per month for Pro, Advanced and Business, with annual billing about 50 percent off but charged upfront, and reply management sold as a separate Inbox add-on at about 20 euros per user per month. Expandi charges per connected LinkedIn account at $99 per month, or $79 annually, with no volume discount below the ten account agency threshold. For one person running one account Waalaxy is clearly cheaper; at scale, five Waalaxy Business seats plus the Inbox add-on is about 445 euros per month, while ten Expandi accounts is about $990 per month at their published rate, or a quoted Agency plan. Both figures are from their published pricing, July 2026.
No. Waalaxy's own homepage states there is no database, and you import prospects from LinkedIn or Sales Navigator searches, then enrich them with DropContact powered email finder credits, 25 per month on Free and Pro and 500 on Advanced and Business. Expandi advertises no built-in database and no native email discovery, and reviewers generally recommend pairing it with a separate data or enrichment source. Budget for a data provider either way.
Voice notes are a Waalaxy feature and are not advertised by Expandi. Waalaxy lets you record a LinkedIn voice message from a desktop computer, which LinkedIn itself only supports on mobile, then insert it as a sequence step or send it from the inbox. On video, Waalaxy does not advertise native video steps. Expandi integrates with Sendspark: you insert a placeholder that is replaced by a video link, which renders in the DM as an unfurled preview with an animated thumbnail opening an external Sendspark page. Expandi also offers dynamic image and GIF personalization through Hyperise.
Waalaxy reviews are broadly positive, rated 4.6 on G2 and 4.7 on Trustpilot across more than 1,200 reviews, with simplicity and the entry price most praised, while reviewers report price rises, a free plan cut to about 80 invitations, unexplained import caps and campaigns pausing unexpectedly. Expandi reviews are more mixed, rated around 4.2 on G2 with 223+ Trustpilot reviews, with the safety setup and the Smart Sequence builder rated highly, while Trustpilot reviewers report trial charges, cancellation friction and a non-refundable fee policy, and reviewers note teammates can read replies but not answer on another member's behalf.
