Calendly books the meeting.
Weezly also earns it.
Calendly, Cal.com, Chili Piper and HubSpot Meetings all book meetings well, and their round-robin and routing go further than ours. Here's where they overlap with Weezly and where they don't.

What is Weezly Scheduling?
It's Weezly's Calendly alternative: four schedulers in one. A booking page with a video of you on it, a Timeslot Picker that proposes times straight from your calendar, group invites people vote on, and a widget that books meetings on your website. It's part of the Weezly platform, so it works with Weezly Outreach and Video Messaging.
How is Weezly Scheduling different from Calendly?
Calendly is a good scheduler, with meeting polls, round-robin, routing, reminders and its own extension for LinkedIn and Gmail. Weezly covers the everyday part, booking pages, group invites, buffers and reminders, and adds a video of you on the booking page, a video widget that books from your website, and the Timeslot Picker with your teammates' busy times over your week. The bigger difference is what sits around it: in Weezly, scheduling lives next to your LinkedIn and email outreach, so the meeting gets booked where the conversation started.
What video goes on the booking page?
Your own. Record a short hello in Weezly or upload one you already have, and it plays above your free times, so people meet you before they pick a slot. The same goes for the website widget: record one, upload one or reuse a video from your library.
What is the Timeslot Picker?
The Timeslot Picker opens your real calendar week inside Weezly. You click the open gaps you want to offer, they turn into proposed slots, and one click turns them into a link. The person you send it to sees a clean booking page with only those times, grouped by day, in their own time zone. You can also lay your teammates' busy times over your week and add them to the invitation, so one booking puts the meeting on every calendar.
Can people book from my website?
Yes. Put the Weezly website widget on your site: a small floating video of you that opens into a booking calendar. Visitors watch your video and pick a time without leaving your website. You can also paste proposed times straight into an email, or print a QR code for events.
Can I book meetings directly inside LinkedIn or Gmail?
Yes, two ways. In the Weezly inbox, drop any booking page into a LinkedIn chat from the message box, and the booking shows up in the thread when it happens. And the Weezly Chrome extension adds a small toolbar inside LinkedIn messaging, Gmail and Outlook: insert a booking page in one click, or propose specific times that show up as live buttons in the email. When one of those times gets booked, it disappears everywhere else it was offered.
Does Weezly sync with Google Calendar and Outlook?
Yes. Weezly connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Exchange and any CalDAV calendar. Sync as many calendars as you like, and double-booking protection checks all of them before a slot is offered. Meetings get a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link.
Does it work for a sales team?
Yes. Group meetings put one booking on everyone's calendar, buffers keep back-to-backs apart, and reminders go out before every call, by email and in the LinkedIn DM. New bookings land in HubSpot or Salesforce as leads, so nobody copies them over by hand.
Can an agency book meetings on a client's calendar?
Yes. A booking page can connect your client's own Google or Outlook calendar, so the meetings you book for them land straight on it.
Is scheduling included in my Weezly plan?
Yes. All four schedulers come with every Weezly plan, including the $59 LinkedIn-only Growth plan, so there's no separate scheduling subscription. AI videos are an add-on: AI video minutes from $99. There's a free trial (21 days on the Multichannel seat, 7 days on the Growth plan), and you can cancel anytime.
What happens when a proposed time gets booked?
It disappears for everyone else. Whether the time came from your booking page, a Timeslot Picker link or the website widget, once one person books it, it's gone from every other link and from your booking page, so nobody double-books.
