We handle outbound business development for specialist recruitment firms, identifying companies with active hiring signals from job postings, headcount movement and leadership changes, then reaching out through branded-domain cold email to generate qualified meetings with hiring managers. We work with recruitment and staffing firms that place senior candidates at fees of $10,000 or more, and that have a proven placement track record and repeat employer relationships. We are based in Kottayam, Kerala, in India. We work on a commission-only basis, taking 10 percent only when a placement closes, with no retainer and no monthly fee, through 12 month dedicated partnerships. Typical conversion timelines run 60 to 120 days from outreach to placement.
