We run outsourced sales development for B2B companies, combining outbound calling for appointment setting, lead qualification and closing, 1:1 email messaging and database building, and inbound customer support for clients who need extra call capacity. We work with B2B organizations across telemedicine, financial services, banking, technology, and professional services, supporting both established companies and growth-stage organizations that want to scale outbound pipeline without building an in-house team. We are based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and run our clients' sales and support programs from there. We built our process around common prospecting problems: half of sales time is typically wasted on unproductive prospecting, most sales require several follow-up calls before they convert, and reps spend too much time on data entry instead of selling. One client told us our appointment-setting results reached a number they had not seen since before 2008.
