We also run post sale follow up calls, referral generation, lead reinvigoration, customer engagement calls, live transfer, callback and data services, with CRM integration and real time performance reporting. We serve clients across sectors including real estate, education, nonprofits and home construction, working with over 300 companies ranging from mid market to enterprise. We are based in Melbourne, Australia, and have operated since 2016 under our parent company Evolved Contact. We price on a fixed cost per record called, with an optional performance based success fee, and we work on month to month contracts with no long term commitments. Our clients have reported increases of over 400 percent in qualified customers and appointments.
