Our team also handles address management and lead generation to build and qualify the target lists our calling campaigns work from, plus sales funnel optimization to turn contacts into qualified meetings. We serve IT infrastructure manufacturers, system houses, OT solution providers and industrial services companies that sell complex, explanation-heavy technology, most often in enterprise and mid-market accounts working through digital transformation. We are based in Bad Homburg, Germany, with a second office in Hamburg, and we work primarily with clients in the German-speaking market. We combine close to two decades of cold-calling experience with our own enVoice Best Practice Process Model, assigning a dedicated project manager to every engagement with weekly reporting and real-time dashboards, and we place more than 100 complex, innovative assignments a year.
