We run fractional business development for companies entering new markets, covering go-to-market preparation and outbound prospecting through to closing deals and growing accounts. Our team functions as outbound specialists, inbound specialists, a lead research specialist and account executives who close on our clients' behalf. We work with companies that prioritize cost-effectiveness, take a lean approach with small teams, or are understaffed and experiencing high growth as they look to expand into new markets and verticals. We are based in Montreal, Canada, and price our fractional resources at local Montreal market rates plus an agency markup. Our model follows a staged roadmap, from go-to-market preparation and product-market-fit validation through initial deal flow and scaling, and eventually training an in-house team to take over. We charge transparently: a 20% markup for a full 24-month go-to-market partnership, or 50% for a short 3-month lead generation package.
