We are a GTM engineering consultancy that studies clients' actual sales data, including call recordings, CRM records, and email threads, to identify pipeline gaps, then build operational systems and deploy them directly into the tools our clients already use. We work with B2B software companies across three revenue stages: scaling ($2 to $10 million ARR), growth ($10 to $30 million ARR), and enterprise ($30 million ARR and above), including companies in life sciences manufacturing software, learning platforms, and data platforms. We are based in the United States. Unlike an outsourced SDR shop, our clients keep ownership of their relationships. We start with a free one to two week GTM diagnostic, move into four to eight week sprint engagements covering account scoring, messaging, and CRM or sequencer deployment, and continue with ongoing monthly and quarterly reviews.
