VS
Instantly vs lemlist
Instantly and lemlist both started as cold email tools and both now sell a lead database and deliverability tooling alongside the sequencer, but they diverge on channels and on how they charge. Instantly stays email-first: unlimited connected accounts, unlimited warmup on a pool the company says holds more than a million real email accounts, its own AirMail sending infrastructure, Inbox Placement testing and a 450M+ contact database, priced per workspace on uploaded contacts and monthly sends rather than per seat. LinkedIn steps, voice notes and native video are not part of their published product set. lemlist runs email, LinkedIn, calls and WhatsApp in one sequence with a single multichannel inbox, includes lemwarm warmup on a network of more than 20,000 domains with an active subscription, and ships ElevenLabs based voice cloning for personalized LinkedIn voice notes. It charges per user: $69 for the Email plan and $109 for Multichannel, both 20 percent cheaper on annual billing, from their published pricing, July 2026, with database credits that do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period.

Instantly is the better fit when the job is email volume and deliverability priced by usage, and lemlist is the better fit when the sequence needs LinkedIn, calls or WhatsApp in it and the team is small enough that per-seat pricing still works.
Pick Instantly if
- Cold email is the channel and volume is the constraint: unlimited connected accounts, unlimited warmup and up to 500,000 emails per month on Light Speed, from their published pricing, August 2026
- You are adding senders rather than headcount, since Instantly meters uploaded contacts and monthly sends per workspace instead of charging per user
- You want the sending infrastructure from the same vendor: AirMail, the SISR System with dedicated IP and server management, and Google accounts supplied preconfigured within 24 to 72 hours
- Website visitor identification, a built-in CRM and AI agents for prospecting and replies sit in the same workspace as the campaigns
Pick lemlist if
- The sequence needs more than email: LinkedIn steps, calls through a built-in dialer or Aircall, and WhatsApp as a multichannel add-on, all in one flow with a shared inbox
- Voice notes matter, with ElevenLabs voice cloning producing personalized LinkedIn audio in several languages from one recording
- You want to try before committing, since lemlist publishes a 14 day free trial on Multichannel with no credit card required and Instantly publishes no trial length
- You prefer credits that only draw down on a valid result, which is how lemlist bills its finder, verifier and database at one credit per cent

Instantly pros
- Unlimited connected email accounts and unlimited warmup on every Outreach plan
- Deliverability pool the company puts at 1,000,000+ real accounts, with slow ramp and read emulation controls
- AirMail sending infrastructure and the SISR System bring dedicated IP and server management in-house
- Deliverability-configured Google accounts supplied and connected within 24 to 72 hours
- 450M+ contact database with 13 filters, lookalike search, waterfall enrichment and verification
Instantly cons
- Email only in practice: LinkedIn steps, voice notes and native video are not advertised
- Credit plan labels and prices are inconsistent across their own pricing page, and Hypergrowth's monthly send volume is shown as both 100,000 and 125,000
- No free plan, and no trial length is published
- Trustpilot reviewers report deliverability problems with purchased accounts and cancellation billed beyond the paid period, which the company disputes in published replies
lemlist pros
- Email, LinkedIn, calls and WhatsApp in one sequencer with a single multichannel inbox
- lemwarm warmup with a 20,000+ domain network, included with an active subscription
- Built-in B2B database, sized 450M to 600M+ contacts on their own surfaces, with waterfall enrichment
- ElevenLabs voice cloning for personalized LinkedIn voice notes in several languages
- Credits are only deducted when a valid result is returned
lemlist cons
- Per seat pricing scales poorly, five seats on Multichannel is roughly $545 a month
- Credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing period
- Reviewers report inconsistent database quality, with outdated contacts wasting credits
- LinkedIn steps run through a Chrome extension that reviewers report having to reinstall
The two price on different axes, so the answer depends on headcount. lemlist is per user: five seats on Multichannel is about $545 per month at their published $109 per user, July 2026, before enrichment credit top-ups. Instantly prices per workspace on contacts and sending volume, with Outreach Hypergrowth at $97 per month, or $77.60 on annual billing, covering 25,000 uploaded contacts regardless of how many people log in, August 2026. Teams that add people tend to find Instantly flatter, teams that add channels tend to find lemlist better value.
Yes, and both meter it separately from sending. Instantly claims 450M+ verified contacts with 13 filters, lookalike search and waterfall enrichment, sold as credits either bundled or standalone. lemlist's own surfaces size its database anywhere from 450 million to 600 million plus contacts and 63 million plus companies, accessed with credits where one credit equals one cent, a verified email costs five credits and a phone number twenty. lemlist credits expire at the end of each billing period.
lemlist does. LinkedIn profile visits, follows, invites, text messages and voice messages run as steps inside a multichannel sequence, though the LinkedIn steps run through a Chrome extension, which reviewers report having to reinstall. Instantly does not advertise LinkedIn steps, voice notes or native video: the published product set is email campaigns, warmup, deliverability infrastructure, a database, a Unibox, a CRM and AI agents.
Neither advertises one. lemlist confirms it has no mobile app, and it is one of the most requested missing features in their review analysis. Instantly lists web as its only platform. If handling replies from a phone is a requirement, both fall short.

Weezly is in this directory too: LinkedIn outreach with AI clone videos, a 300M+ leads database and booking, from $59 per month. See if it earns a spot in your stack.
