Aircall vs JustCall

Aircall and JustCall are cloud phone systems for sales and support teams, and both publish their prices, which is not universal in this category. Aircall, founded in Paris in 2014, provides numbers across more than 100 countries, an IVR, call recording, SMS and MMS, softphones for desktop and mobile, and an app marketplace that wires the phone into Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Pipedrive and Microsoft Dynamics. Outbound teams get a Power Dialer, voicemail drop, smart routing, queue callbacks and live monitoring on the Professional plan, and conversation intelligence is sold as a per license add-on rather than bundled. JustCall, built by SaaS Labs, covers numbers across more than 70 countries, IVR and intelligent routing, SMS, MMS and WhatsApp, and three dialer modes: a power or auto dialer, predictive dialing on up to ten lines and a dynamic dialer that pulls fresh CRM records in real time. Its AI layer spans transcription, an AI notetaker, sentiment and moment analysis, automatic call scoring, real time agent assist and an SMS Copilot, packaged into the license tiers. The axis of choice is packaging: how call AI is billed, how many seats you have to buy, and how much dialer the team actually needs.

01The verdict

Two openly priced cloud phones for sales teams whose real difference is packaging: Aircall keeps call AI as a per license add-on beside a deeper CRM and helpdesk marketplace, while JustCall folds it into a higher tier beside more dialer modes.

Pick Aircall if

  • Pick Aircall if the phone has to live inside a CRM or helpdesk, with a Salesforce CTI on the Professional plan plus HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho and Freshdesk, noting their own pages quote integration counts between 100 plus and 250 plus.
  • Pick Aircall if only some reps need call AI, since AI Assist is $9 per license per month and AI Assist Pro is $49, so you can buy intelligence per person rather than upgrading everyone.
  • Pick Aircall if coverage and inbound routing matter, with numbers across more than 100 countries, IVR, smart routing, queue callbacks and live monitoring on Professional.
  • Pick Aircall if you want to test inbound AI voice agents cheaply, since they include 50 free minutes a month and then bundles from $175 for 500 minutes or $0.49 per minute pay as you go.

Pick JustCall if

  • Pick JustCall if the team is two people, since every self serve plan starts at a two user minimum against Aircall's three, and Aircall's Custom plan requires 25.
  • Pick JustCall if you want call AI inside the license, since the multi channel AI notetaker, call scoring, sentiment analysis, SMS Copilot and real time agent assist sit on Pro Plus at $89 per user per month billed annually, and transcription starts on the $29 Team plan.
  • Pick JustCall if the dialer is the point, with a power or auto dialer from Pro plus predictive dialing on up to ten lines and dynamic dialing off live CRM records in the quoted SalesPro suite.
  • Pick JustCall if messaging breadth matters, with SMS and MMS, bulk SMS campaigns from Pro and WhatsApp included, alongside iOS and Android apps with CarPlay support and a published 14 day trial.

05Pros and cons

Aircall pros

  • Straightforward per license pricing published openly at $30 and $50 per license per month on annual billing
  • Deep CRM and helpdesk integrations including a Salesforce CTI on the Professional plan
  • Power Dialer, voicemail drop, smart routing, queue callbacks and live monitoring for outbound teams
  • Open API and webhooks on all plans, with developer support on the Custom plan
  • AI voice agents for inbound calls, with 50 free minutes a month and prepaid bundles

Aircall cons

  • Conversation intelligence is an add-on: $9 per license for AI Assist and $49 per license for AI Assist Pro
  • Both self serve plans require a minimum of three licenses, and the Custom plan requires 25
  • Analytics+, WhatsApp and Salesforce Voice are further per license charges on top of the plan
  • No free plan, and the trial length is not published on the pricing page

JustCall pros

  • Published per user prices at $29, $49 and $89 per user per month on annual billing
  • Voice, SMS, MMS and WhatsApp in one platform, with numbers across 70+ countries
  • Conversation intelligence is bundled into the Pro Plus license rather than billed as a separate per seat add-on
  • 70+ native integrations plus a full REST API and webhook support
  • iOS and Android apps with CarPlay support, so reps are not tied to a desk

JustCall cons

  • Every self serve plan requires a minimum of two users, and the Business plan requires ten
  • The predictive and dynamic dialers sit in the SalesPro suite, which is quoted rather than publicly priced
  • AI call scoring, sentiment analysis and the AI notetaker start at $89 per user per month
  • AI voice agent minutes are billed on top of the license, from $0.99 per minute or $99 a month
07Questions

The entry prices are close and the gap opens on AI and seat minimums. In JustCall's published pricing in August 2026, Team is $29 per user per month, Pro is $49 and Pro Plus is $89, all on annual billing with a two user minimum, while the Business plan is quoted from ten users and the SalesPro dialer suite is also quoted. In Aircall's published pricing in August 2026, Essentials is $30 per license per month and Professional is $50 on annual billing, both with a three license minimum, plus a Custom plan from 25 licenses. Because Aircall sells conversation intelligence separately, an Aircall Professional seat with AI Assist works out at about $59 per license per month on those published figures, and AI Assist Pro takes it higher, whereas JustCall includes transcription from $29 and the fuller AI set from $89. Monthly billing costs more on both. Check both pricing pages.

Neither has a free plan. Aircall requires a minimum of three licenses on both self serve plans and 25 on Custom, and advertises a free trial through its signup links, but the trial length is not stated on the pricing page as of August 2026. JustCall requires two users on Team, Pro, Pro Plus and SalesPro and ten on Business, and advertises a 14 day free trial, though whether a credit card is required at signup is not stated on their pricing page as of August 2026.

JustCall lists more modes. It offers a power or auto dialer from the Pro plan, plus predictive dialing on up to ten lines and a dynamic dialer that pulls fresh CRM records in real time, both inside the quoted SalesPro suite, so the deepest dialing sits behind a price you have to ask for. Aircall offers a Power Dialer and voicemail drop on the Professional plan and does not advertise predictive dialing. Both include voicemail drop, CRM sync and call recording.

It is possible but unusual, since each is the phone system, so running both means two number estates and two per seat bills. Where teams do split, it is normally by region or department rather than by feature. Both connect to the same CRMs and helpdesks, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zendesk and Freshdesk, and both publish an API and webhook support, so call data can land in one CRM whichever way the split falls.
