We provide customer service and telemarketing services, including outbound telephone sales and cold calling campaigns to acquire new customers for our clients. We also handle debt management calls and organise in-person sales visits. We serve businesses looking to grow their customer base through phone-based outreach, and we operate in Lithuanian, English, Latvian, Estonian and Russian, which lets us support clients targeting the Baltic and Russian-speaking markets. We are based in Lithuania. Our team runs outbound calling campaigns end to end, from customer acquisition calls to ongoing telemarketing support, giving clients a dedicated outsourced phone sales team.
