Credit where due, and there is a lot of it: PhantomBuster's data extraction is genuinely best-in-class, across LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Instagram, X, Google Maps and more. It is a general automation platform, not a LinkedIn outreach tool, and it does not really pretend otherwise. "Outreach" on it is something you assemble: Phantoms chained into Flows, wired with spreadsheets, run on session cookies and cron schedules, with throttling you configure yourself.
